What is the idle speed? If it's low you could bump it a little to pick up more flow/pressure.
The shop guy should also get a bill for the coil.
The drill bit survived but it does wobble a little bit.
That's a good question, I didn't even look at it! It was an 1/8 bit so I would imagine it didn't but I'll look tonight when I get home.

That's what they're for, doesn't take much girth to lift one out.
Get a tumbler from harbor freight. Throw them in with an abrasive and let them go for a while.
