couple weeks ago i bought some sports mirrors off e-bay last Sunday figured out they were of a Torino when i looked at fitting them they looked...
start with the compression test first if one cylinder is far lower then the others better count on tearing the head off. if they are all low then...
even check the other connections at the opposite ends of the cables at the block, starter and soliniod.
early guess first thing to mind jumped timing chain or stuck valve do compression check.
sorry wrong one like Joe Dirt said you need the 250 or 302 housing also don't forget the v8 z arm for the clutch
already did it yes cause the pump is the only thing driven by that belt so you just leave the one belt off. And the pitman arm and center link...
