I feel like an Idiot, PaulS you were right about the vaccum , some how I switched the vaccum lines so therefore it wasnt getting any vaccum, but...

yes there was and I put it back in with the new modulator!
just checked the kickdown and it is adjusted correctly and everything is good with that, I couldn't find my vaccum guage so I havent checked on...

on the front I have 14x6 and the back I have 14x7 I was planning on getting some Radial T/A's at 225/70R14 will those work for all the wheels?...
