You are running a Torker 289 with a 2 barrel with adaptor plate? Once you go to the holley you can dump the adaptor plate and you'll gain some...
You should not have any problems with that manifold and the air cleaner. My '73 has a Torker 289 on it, 4 barrel holley and a chrome air lid....
I guess it could be living the rest of its life in a field somewhere. That's a lot of money to be spending on a project car...
If it has the metal bezel you should have been able to trim it out and the new cd player head unit would fit right in....

Positive, the '73 is sitting in my mothers garage and it's a 2 door bucket car and these seem to be the original panels from that car.
