well just make sure the fly will work with your engine later 302s have a diffident balanced crank and fly so depends on your engine

ya looks like your inside bracket is definitively bent, you probably straighten them out in a vice without to much trouble. good luck
ya you do have some bent brackets, they should all be straight except for a single bend near the mounting points on the car(big holed side)
