When you say it goes away with a load on the engine I`m thinking torque converter bolts are not tight.

I also have some rust and would like the tank to not be so low.Has any body done this? Yuck really didn`t help much.

Had a road demon .Loved the performance,but gas mileage was terrible. I leaned it out with a jet change helped a little .
