did you get the 170 in the mav and if so i have a good running carb if you need one.
first shakedown run today. found a little tire smoke :chirp::chirp:first and second gears.:bananaman
put the grill from the 76 in the 70 changed out the front bumper. (old one kinda bent to ****) not to shabby:)
made my first start and run video of the 1970.:bouncy: my ele fuel pump keeps fluding the holley.:mad:
plugs wires install msd 6al.
install the headers, pa mini starter, ground strap and valve covers. small steps to a fulfilling end.
install drive shaft and trans lines.
clean and paint the old stock driveshaft looking at my alum one in the shop.
drilling to many holes in the floor pans and trans hump (3 different shifters and 3 different bucket seats) lots of holes.:cry:
i'm also using headers from headman. with a mini starter from pa, looking at 2 1/2" dumps. just clean and easy.
one part got the 302 in the 70 (long block and trans) so far it looks like it should on the road by the end of the month.
