For a driver where performance isn't the main goal. I like Edelbrock carbs. An Edelbrock 1403 500 cfm would work best in my opinion.

If the fluid isn't low and the valve body and filter are correct and tight it's a pump,gasket, seal rings on the pump. Probably need to do a line...

Those mounts are pretty cheap on Rock Auto. I wouldn't waste a whole lot of time patching up old ones.
