They are for sure solid lifters and call for .018 to .020 lash at the rocked tip. It's just weird that oil isnt coming out the center hole.

Yep, they are standard Comp Cam solid lifters.
It's a solid lifter cam. I'm going to pull the crossover plug and prime the motor again. If no oil. Pull it out on monday.
