Engine is almost fully disassembled only thing left is tappets and cam, but I'm not sure how to take either out, any thoughts?

Went and talked to machinist today, told him i need block machined and i wanted 9:1 compression out of it and his estimate was 1500-2000 does this...
so whens next time we gather? lol
