watch your clearance between the sway bar and the strut rod. if you lower your car enough you will find that they try to occupy the same space....
OK... Talked to John yesterday. He said they will try to get everyones bar bent next week. He will also send the better hardware but 1" longer.

Have you pulled your 3rd member to inspect the gears. Maybe you are experiencing a form of gear whine. Another thing to look at is the condition...
