Make sure to check the T5 input shaft bearing retainer....Originals were notorious for wearing out where the throw out bearing rides on...

When you hold the pressure plate flat against the flywheel, the mounting flanges {where the 6 bolt holes are} does not fit flat against the wheel...
Clutches exert enormous force so you need the six bolts.....I would say more than likely you have the wrong pressure plate and disc....I think...
