Cleaned up and re routed a ton of wiring in my dash... Also got very depressed; was working out of town and came back all excited to hopefully see...

you need a SHAM-WOW! i as well am cheap, i personally just use a larger (orange) bucket, a nice soft mitten washer thingy? meant for washing...

It's just near the bottom of the windshield from the dash and couple inches up, looks white/smokey.. Is there any way to remove it? It won't...
