Has anyone used these guys for carpet? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=8076134647&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT
Carpet I haven't used them but I jut got my carpet from AutoKrafters. It's made by a company called ACC and it's really nice. I think I paid $150.00 for it. I just like the piece of mind of having someone to contact if anything were to ever happen. If you get it let us know how it is!
I started to go with the 2-piece but decided on the 1-piece instead. It is from Choo-Choo Customs in TN.,also the ACC brand.I'm very satisfied
I have been looking at those for years...would be nice to know if they work, just for another option for carpet suppliers. I think most guys go with AutoKrafters, and most (if not all) have had good luck with them. Only problem is that they state that they use a maverick floor to shape them...is that with or without catalytic converter hump? I guess they DO ask to specify year of car, hopefully they take that hump into consideration
I went back and looked at the feedback...it is all positive with only 1 negative (didn't dig through them all to see the negative one). there is at least one positive for a maverick on the first page (near the bottom). I sent her an e-mail to see if the carpet fit well. Will let you all know what I find out.
Carpet I am personally not satisfied with the one piece carpet from ACC. I know Dan Hines ordered 2 piece carpet from someone. I don't remember how that turned out. Seth
That is where I got my two-piece carpet .... http://web.mac.com/dmhines/iWeb/Our%20Website/Grabber%20Carpet.html
Well now that you guys mention it, I ordered it last night from the guys on my post. I ordered "Gun Metal" instead of black, which is what I initially ordered. DANG! I didn't think to ask about the two piece option! It was only $124 so I figure something new beats nothing at all, sure hope it has a decent fit. I'll update when I get it in.
Did you request the edge of the front section bound? I did and it was no extra charge ... Original Mavericks weren't bound but Mustangs were .... You can see it in this picture ...
