With the help and trust of ricebasher302 I'm building some adjustable motor and frame mounts and I will be posting pictures and diagrams and measurements and completed product once the project is complete. Ricebasher302 sent me a motor and frame mount so I could get dimensions and measurements to complete the project. I will be mailing the frame mount back to him deleting the engine mount.
If any question pls email rolandag2@msn.com

Is Ricebasher in Houston also? I would like to see pics of the project, and your car(s). Good to see other Houstonians on the forum (y)

What is the reason for adjustable mounts? just to accept various engines (320 vs 5.0L vs 4.7L)?

Adjustable Frame/engine Mounts Might Fix The 3/4" To 1" Spacing Problem Associated With T5 Swaps.... Interesting!

I am not suggesting copying a manufacturers product... ;)
But there is a company that makes adjustable mounts for SBFs.
They are for Stangs, and those mounts are a little different than ours in some dimensions (look the same), however with all the adjustment, they should fit.

    They are often on eBay.
    Ungodly high priced.
Check the pics to get ideas... As long as you don't market them, they can't complain.
    Good luck
    Dave

:yup: probably not but if you have a lot of it you might want to keep the engine where it's supposed to be.:yup:
