Removed the hoodscoop

Removed the HUGE hoodscoop and added a small cowl scoop that I had. It was short so i had to add about 18" to it. I know I will have to revove some of the overhang. thats alright thats easy to do.

Now ready for body filler then primer and paint. I like it much better.

Looks good. I might have left more of the hood where you drew it hopeing to retain some ridigity.. Maybe it's stiff and I can't see that in the pics.. But it's good bye Gonzo anyway hahaha

Its pretty stiff so it wont be a problem....

There are people out there that like them. If it's salvageable put it on ebay.. Make a few bucks back to go into the project in which it came from.

Had it on ebay...... no sale..... The thing about it is, its a harwood scoop. I looked at others like it and they retail for over 300.00. You could put it with the one you found. You could start an unwanted hood scoop collection........
