1/4 is fun on the top end if the car is a little crazy up there. On 8in of tread and over 130 with some swaying its great feels like your always on the edge.

So, I would have to run 8.96 to be "in the 13s"? Basically 9 seconds is right at 14, anything under 9 should be just under 14, according to the formula.

I might be there right now, since I have lost about 200 lbs off the car, and have new tires (better traction)...of course, some of that weight is the hollow door (missing passenger window), so they wouldn't let me race it anyway. I am pretty sure I need to be completely enclosed to be able to pass tech. That is the only reason I haven't raced in a few weeks (months). And right now, the entire left front quarter and suspension is off for restoration and fender replacement, so it will be another couple of weeks before I get to try it again.

Imagine how it feels to run 7-flat on 10.5's at 200 mph (outlaw 10.5). Those guys have some guts.
