    how do you figure out the backspacing from the offset?

    W/2+O=backspacing

    W = wheel width
    O = offset converted to inches

    or if it's negative offset you subtract instead of add

    yeah and if your wondering how I figured these would fit I didnt know, I just took a chance, my wheels are 17x10 +18 offset with an 1 1/4" spacer so the offset is basically a negative offset if you look at it.

    So next wheels I get im going to make sure they are negative offset so I wont use the huge spacer I have on now.

    this its one sik looking mav. looks like dark highland green from the bullitt mustang. if you don't mind me asking what is under the hood and im guessing you have power steering cause without it it would be difficult to turn those 10s. now thanks to you im definitely going with 10s in the rear but not up front. I originally wanted to go with 18s but they might be to big. 17s and the height you have is exactly what I want to do

    Awesome looking ride! This stance is exactly what I'm after. Nice job on the tail lights too! Always fun to see something different!

    I assume so. But I was under the impression that the largest BS we could run on a mav was 4.5" on the rear and maybe a 4" on the front?

    If the 17x10 w/ 18mm offset works for the front w/o a spacer, same wheel in the rear w/ 1.25” spacer (5.71 BS), are my calculations correct by saying a 17x10 w/ 38mm offset (7.00 BS) will work for the rear w/o a spacer?
