    I appreciate the pictures, hopefully I can just use enough foam between the two to seal it up.

    I am going to go ahead and replace my blower motor, heater core, and the resistor switch. Like it was said before, it will be a piece of mind as long as the parts I get and good. I do plan to have the heater core checked but any opinions on heater cores??? I took my old one to a radiator shop and he offered to swap my brass tanks and replace my core for 85.00 He has a bunch of cores to replace mine with. I have tried searching online and I would rather use USA than China made (no offense to anyone) especially with how much of a PIA it is to take the heater box out. Which leads to my next question, the blower motor. There seem to be ones specifically for a 70 non-ac but then there are different manufacturers out there so I am hoping someone has some experience with some before I purchase.
