Went and picked them up, their showroom isn't much to look at. I don't know if they're still building cars or just moved on to just supplying parts for the fabricator.

That's what will keep them profitable and in business, do what you do and skip on the fluff.

Nice build here, going to be a nice car!

They've made a killing with their coil over kits on the early mustangs. That find the Fab9 rears.

Finished up a couple small projects. Factory floor shifter hole was too big so I went down to Home Depot and picked up some sheet metal. Got the shape I wanted and covered the bottom with sound deadner and painted the top black. I can still access the shifter bolts. When the car gets carpet I'll get done sort of shift boot for it.

Got my rear shocks put in as well. The right rear mount had to be moved back a couple inches so the shock wouldn't hit the axle tubes. I have an 8.8 so the axle tubes are a little bigger than what an 8 inch would have. Yes the shocks are upside down. Won't hurt anything.

I got my adjustable proportioning valve installed. Now I can't get the air out of the lines. I'll bleed the master and bleed the lines again.

Ended up offing the combination valve but I can't make a nice flare to save my life. A couple have looked good but leaked. Brake fluid ended up eating away at my freshly painted engine compartment. I might just brake down and buy a high end flaring tool to make sure these don't leak.

Installed a lokar floor handle emergency brake. Works really good and the install was a breeze.

Does it come with the cables as well? Looks like a sweet set-up.

I like that, something I've been planning on doing.

Doesn't come with cables. It's about $250 for the handle and cables. I know it's somewhat pricey but well worth it. One of the best mods I've done.

Nice setup! Don't have all the hdwe the OE setup. I am wondering if there may/will be a problem w/ driveshaft and cables touching. Otherwise, I will consider going w/ that setup.
Is there some kind of rubber boot to cover the base of the brake handle?
Does the trans have to be out to install it?

I installed it with the trans installed. Cables are secured so they won't move around. There's a boot you could buy from Lokar but since I'm not ready for carpet yet I'll wait till I need to buy it. I have most of the OE stuff except the cables that attach to the rear end if you need it. Just cover shipping and an adult beverage for me to consume while I box it all up and it's yours.

My car has all the OE parts; but, thanks for the offer. So, I assume u drop the tail shaft to install that unit? Also, appx. how much room between drvshaft and anything on the newly installed unit?▐

Nothing on the trans needed to be removed. Only parts that were in the way were the exhaust and driveshaft. It's about a half inch from the driveshaft which should be plenty of room. You could even keep the exhaust if you wanted to. I just had to take my trans out for a new flywheel.
