Even with the correct disc brake spindles there are more to it than that. Brake lines and hoses, master cylinder come to mine. Factory '72 wheels won't fit disc brake spindles...center hole is larger on disc brake wheels.
It has factory disc brakes on it. I am missing the drivers side caliper though. The Auto parts store isnt showing one for 72 but is for 74. Auto Zone caliper says it is for a 72 comet is completely wrong.
72 did not come with disc brakes, you will need to verify what they came off to ensure you get the correct piece. I would start with any casting number you can find and dive into the web for more info.
