1972 Lime Grabber Stripes

    1972 Maverick Grabber
    I am about to restore a '72 Grabber that has the color code 4E, which is Bright Lime. Does anyone know what color the original stripes were? The car has been painted red with black accents, but I want to go back original since it is a numbers matching car. Thanks!!

    More than likely the stripes were black. I know that the stripes on my Dark Green Comet GT are black from the factory.
