    I was told that this the oil pick up and windage tray usually need to be adjusted and modified to fit correctly and Jim was spot on. Here is his quote on the subject.

    "Windage tray, pump, pickup and shaft installed. As usual, the windage tray needed modifying next to the pump and also had to modify the pickup as it was hitting 2 of the louvers. Look closely and you will see the bracket welded on the picku...p had to be modified as it hits the windage tray.

    Also not show is the oil pan was hitting a row of louvers. Its amazing how the pan, windage tray and pickup all come from Moroso and still doesn't fit. Classic"

    Heads and intake are on the engine. It is coming together and it looks nice. Notice the notched pan to clear the lower control arm and engine mount structure.
