I got new lifters, springs and a SUM-K3600 cam its not necessarily "hot" but a big improvement to the economy cam ford put in stock.

I'm mostly doing it just to make it sound a little tougher.

Here is a video of another guy using this same cam in his 302. He looks happy about it :D

I have that same sum3600 cam. Sadly i,ve not had it on road yet to test and tune like i usually do. Runs well after i got cam broked in on 2 barrel carb however.
I kinda wish i had put in a 2500 rpm stall. But we,ll see after tuning.
    Funny at DMV now.

I looked at about 1 million cam specs, and finally decided to use a 35 dollar junkyard roller cam from a 1995 mustang GT. It was for a roller motor. Anyway, that 3200 cam has a heavy exhaust bias which is probably a very good thing for stock/stockish heads and a lift of more than about .450 will probably not increase the flow significantly. The duration looks good too. I am going to guess that you will be pleased, but do tell all when you get there.

Once I get her running I will definately post some video. I'm excited to see how it sounds myself.
