    This is what I understand...from a site I seen.
    "1024x768 Screen Resolution or higher", but not sure that's what Jimmy's printer wants. Jimmy? :hmmm:

    size of pics

    Blugene ,i told you that this is your gig ,ill back you in any thing you do as long as its in the best interest of this forum . I know this much the higher the resolution the better ,one thing Christine told me is that they will be formated to 300 ,what ever that is. What ever pics are voted for the calendar ,if the printing company thinks they need a better pic ,i will contact that person and ask for a better pic of there car .I dont think there will be any problems with the pics im seeing.

    I don't think so either... I think the #s they give are for the absolute best. I think they will print just fine...
    I'm voting for looks anyway, not a size #. If I were picked for size i'd be out :rofl2:.
    :hmmm::footinmouth:

    We can't push it on image size.. if the picture is too small it will look like crap. If I am going to pay $25 for a calendar, and there's a picture in it that is pixelated because it was not big enough, I'm going to be a bit irritated. I am pretty sure I have used a 1600x1200 image to print an 8x10, but it has been long enough since I had a 2 megapixel camera that I don't remember if it was pixelated or not. I hope the company cares enough to say "This image is too small, please supply a larger one." if an image is submitted that is too small.

    Not trying to stir anyone up, I just want to make sure the end product is worth the price.

    LOL! You are streaching it :rofl2:
    Incase you realy didn't know Frank, I think the pic needs to be taken at the required size, not blow one up to the size...:)

    Click the link on post 36. Is that what you are calling "pixelated"?
    I'm not going to count on the company. I will only be voting on the ones submitted that are big and clear. But that is me... the end result may be what the board has chosen, not the printer.

    I had to have 10 posts before I could post, but that was a few years ago.
