I think,,, Blugene has done the past calenders and job well done! With his past experience and hard work on this, Gene should should continue on with the help of Matterick. I'm sure the two of them can come up a great calendar! Sorta like the BEST of BOTH WORLDS!!!!!

Are you two willing to work together on this????

Thanks. I am willing to do it and have his help.
I have even been thinking that maybe we both can do one. But then which would be the "official" calendar? That's what it boils down to.

Either way i'll buy one or both. Two calendars would be neat or you each do 6 months and have a poll (oh dear) on who does the cover.

    Or not.

Maybe a new round. Both do a different cover. The numbers were always close so one needs to blow the other away.

I agree. Maybe new covers and another month or something maybe this time one will blow the other away.

I like Genes cover with the retro look much better but the kid has a good idea for the months. I also like Genes idea of the club pages. I'm so confused. Maybe a mix of some club pages and some single car layouts like Matt did??

Guess that would depend how many clubs there are??

To be honest, I held back in describing my calendar ideas because I didn't see Matt describe his. I do have some intresting ideas to go with the cover. The cover has a theme behind it, a tune up and maintenance theme. The back was/is to be something usefull in that regard.
The MCG is only one of 4 groups. Being that there are only 4 groups to create colages of, that leaves 8 pages to do something else. They can either be recently finished cars, which there may not be enough. Or, they could be some drawings and other stuff.
I am kinda reserving the "Jack Stand Dreams" for a collection of cars, with the theme and title of the calendar to be made for it.

Just get a member to flip a coin ,heads or tails winner makes the calendar,or i can make one again .I did some numbers crunching and buying through Zazzle, with the differance in the dollar, duty and the very high cost of shipping a calendar through Zazzle is 39 dollars canadian. I believe when i did mine it was 21 dollars shipping included.

Like i said, i myself will buy a calendar or calendars if more then one is made simply because i love this stuff.

I must admit if someone did a Maverick Comet calendar that was cars dead parked in a field or at a bone yard or parked for years in a barn i would buy a calendar like that in a heartbeat. Now i know i'm most likely the only one who would like that sorta Maverick / Comet calendar but for me different is good.
