Don't worry. There are cars in every stage of restoration there.
Everyone fits in. See you there.:)

Cody, you would be suprised when you see what I drag in, BUT.... it really won't matter when you get around all these fun people and see how it is really about the people, the cars are just the vehicle that brings us together.

Well I have been hinting to the wife for the last 6 months or so to go to the Gathering and drug her into the computer and showed her the posts about the Gathering and how the gang did things more than just sit around and admire each others cars, she finally showed some interest in going. Last night she told me about the reservations being made

We are adventurers, the last time we had an adventure was when Ford had its 100th Anniversary hoopala in Dearborn, we took 2 weeks off and drove there with a friend that was transporting a Woody Wagon, we had a great time and got to see some great country, I was just getting into Mavericks then and saw a few.

Those of you that think your car is not worthy of being there forget that idea, this is not about the cars as much as it is about the people that like the cars and each other, if I was worried about my car not being good enough to show I wouldnt be coming because my car is far from perfect.

Don I dont want to break your record for most tires gone through, you can keep that :)

I am looking forward to meeting everyone, and will take requests for anything that someone might want like Micro brew (cant guarentee all of it will make it there ) Tillamook cheese which we are world famous for) or car parts (which I am trying to sell right now to help fund this adventure)

Oh yeah did I mention I love chocolate chip cookies :thumbs2:

Cookies you say? Can we pay in cookies?:biglaugh::rofl2:I need to tell you about the host hotel, we had to stay on them and some desk people were really nice and good about it but they make fresh cookies during the day. We cleaned them out about as fast as they made them. :):thumbs2: Maybe we can get enough people to take the whole hotel. They were very good to us and I and the kids are really looking forward to it again.
