Actually, I might stop messing with this engine and get a 351. What is the equivalent intake for a 351W/393? Windsor Jr, or similar? Wiend?

Victor Jr or Super Victor

 

The 351w Torker intake is not a bad street intake, and probably the equivalent.
A Victor is definately a much more aggressive intake. Also too tall without a fair size scoop on a Mav.
A well worked Torker would be cool on the street with a 408 IMO. And fit under the Mav hood.

Looks like your T289 needs the plenum roof ported.
I see some modding, but it is all low in the plenum.
