    Hello everyone,

Can someone please link me to threads regarding the best value for buck/least work for strength in a flat tappet 302/351/bbf for twin turbos.

I have a stock 302 currently & do not know whether to invest anything into that build that yet or look into a stronger block to start off to run twin turbos (pro street/car shows).

Hood space & modifications to frame will not be an issue- i can fabricate/change to accommodate.

None of those will be cheap, especially the FE.
For a Maverick, you might consider some of the 4 cylinder turbo engines available from other makes. If you want to have a really quick car, go electric. Google "white zombie Datsun".

I have an option to get a running 352(?)fe with tranny for $500. Im heart set on a v8 with twins though. Im torn between dropping cash in the 302 that may not be as boost friendly vs the fe that may be stronger from the get-go

Not sure that an FE will drop into a Maverick. Very heavy engines, too. Trans won't fit in the tunnel either.
The 352's are pretty pedestrian, they make torque though.

Original 352 heads suck, would need a better set. Center oiling system is questionable for high RPMs.

Save around 150 lbs, go with 351.
