    I think for street use this kit will just be fine.
    I personally like a complete kit (balancer and flywheel) unbalanced.
    That way you know what kinda stuff you are getting. Good stuff will typically require less balancing.

    If you have a cast stroker crank it was made in China. There is no one in the US making cast cranks for SBFs anymore. This info comes from Mark O'Neil, the owner of Probe. Many of the Chinese cranks need to be "massaged" by a machine shop to make sure the journals are round, not tapered, etc.
