Not only do the afformentioned 302/351w/351c stuff swap, but you should also include the 351m/400!
They are 28 oz as well, and swap balancer, pulleys, and flywheel/flexplates just fine.

The early SBF 221-289 stuff swaps too, just have to go 3 bolt instead of 4.
Or you can use your 400m balancer on a 289 and convert it to 4 bolts.
    Getting off topic here.;)

Just thought I would throw this out FWIW!

I thought of changing mine to cable...would be so much easier to deal with. This is the third t5 I've put in this thing, if it goes I'm gonna try to upgrade a bit. Don't know what to though. Had one 4cyl t5 and two v8 t5s in it. If you think about it a 275 ft lb torque rating isn't a whole lot, a stock windsor should have around that or more!:)

Only problem with balancer swapping (pre 69 to post 70) is the pulley flange offset is different on the balancers. I have one 3 bolt balancer and a half dozen 70-ups (50 oz included) and all the 4 bolt balancers have the same offset, the 3 bolt is different.

Yeah, you have to convert the pulleys per application.
