351W swap....what do I need in parts?

    gettin it together, ya!!!

    ya, im still trying to get the parts needed for the swap figured out. Im still needing to raise FUNDS to do this swap. I did GET my C4 tranny last weekend and its sitting in the garage next to my 351w....Im currently am looking for the engine stands (mounts) and still looking for headers too.

    most small block engines have a c4 trans and most big blocks use the c6 trans. the c6 for a small block was used for hipo engines in mustangs and torinos fairlanes ectra.

    no it wasn't. the C6 was featured behind the 300 six and some SBF engines in pick-up trucks

    i would go with a 302 its alot easier i actully bought a 351 wi thinking it weas gona be easy but i was wrong and bought a 302

    So was the 351 swap ever done then? I have been trying to find info on the swap and have not been able to come up with much detail as to what needs done.
