I do not have solid motor mounts nor a torque strap. Yes I did install a pilot bearing. I replaced the trans mount today, should have done it when I did the swap but I was in a hurry. That seemed to help a lot.
Stephen; check the clearance at the top of the trans for clearance. I had to modify the bracing around the tunnel, or it would touch...and vibrate like crazy. Also, check the shifter clearance for the same problem. Good luck!
