    To me they are making fun of the ricers crowd. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. BTW Rick like the idea of the hood. I keep putting my bondo filled cowl induction hood back on my mav 'cuz I like the cowl look so much. Now If I coul djust get rid of all th ebondo I'd be alright.

    Missing my old '70 Maverick
    Star Date 02/23/06: I wanted to extend the 1" high cowl part of the hood 1" beyond
    the rear edge of the existing hood (as was the '90 Mustang hood).

    It took quite a bit of work (with 'balsa wood' (?) and numberous layers of fiberglass).

    It appears he matched the ridge down the center perfectly.

    seriously.. if those people are going to do something that stupid looking, at least give it some eye appeal... making it square is stupid... no aerodynamic quality at all,


    it looks retarded.. IMO

    as far as the hood goes.. i like it... will it be a completely functional ram air hood
