    id be careful with the air shocks. you may want to do a search on here about that topic. they can cause severe damage to the trunk floor.

    I know for a fact that air shocks will break the upper shock crossmember..... The 71 Grabber I have had air shocks and the crossmember was broken in multiple places, they tried to bolt it back together(hahahaha).....

    Yeah, I will definantly keep an eye on it for breakage and such. Thanks for the heads up guys. I plan on keeping them for a while and we used the same brackets in your pictures, but with some modifications so hopefully that will help the life span on it. It rides so much better now than it did with my old shocks though. They were SHOT. I'm surprised that that breakage didn't happen with them if that's the case. It appears that the mav used to be used for racing because the shocks were set up that way with 1 facing front and 1 going back.
