I know how you feel - I even stopped shoveling a path to the garage as we are getting another 4 more inches of snow today :mad::mad:

I have been slow to update my build, but i have been making some progress. This fall i bought two used quarter panels from a member on here. Just finally getting motivated to install them. They have a little rust but very minor compared to what i have now. I decided to go about this a little different, but i hope i wont regret it. When i installed my roof i had to cut through the rear pillars, and it didnt come out as nice as i was hoping. With that being said i decided to install the quarter panels, inner structure, and the wheel wells all at once. The goal is to have it look like it did out of the factory. This coming weekend i plan on test fitting everything but before i do that i want to por15 the inside of the quarters.
    Till next time
    Nate

No it wasn't rusted out but when I cut the pillar the inner structure had a gap. I no I could have welded it but for strength reasons I decided to go this route. When I received the parts he cut everything way past the quarters, so it gave me the ability to go this route.

well i made a little progress this weekend. I set the new quarter panel in to test fit the quarter drop, and make a patch panel around the wheel well. After i made the patch panel i got everything welded in. Hopefully this week i can sand blast the inside of the quarter panel then por15 it before final installation.

You got to love them. She wants to be right there with you the hole time. On the bright side , you raise them right and one of these days it will probably be hers. And then you know she will appreciate it.
