The picture I put up, hides alot. Basicly, I need to replace the two torque boxes since they are rotted/rotting out. And I need to stop the overall deterioration. On the top side, a few rust spots, and an overalll paint job with re-chroming some stuff will do. Overall for a 40 year old car, its in good shape... It currently my "Friday" car. Runs great and is mechanicly sound. At this point, no plans to take to a local show.
Someone just posted torque boxes finally available, bumpers are about $300. each just buy them as an exchange. You would be able to get them at fall Carlisle from TriCity plating. If you want someone else to do the work Jean Doll just posted a car they restore and it came out great! They aren't too far away from us.
