Thank you. Okay, I think I've done most of the usual stuff. it was A 250 6 cyl, l gave it A 302 and A t5, but not exactly in the factory location. And all the stuff that goes with that.
And Granada disc brakes, 1 1/8 anti sway bar, 16 inch wheels, Arning drop, trunk mounted battery, 3 row aluminum radiator with A MK VIII fan, Duraspark II ignition. 21 circuit wire harness, factory a/c from A donor car, 22 gallon fuel tank, and dual exhaust. Some other stuff.
Lots more I want to do, but I really want to start driving it.

Wow, sounds like you have done more than a lot of people. By all means get out there and drive the wheels off of it and then you will know the real thrill of owning one of these jewels but beware of other people looking and forgetting about driving and almost running you or someone else over

Hi again. and thank you to the latest folks welcoming me.
Yes Mike I guess I have done some stuff, but the list of desired improvements seems to just keep getting longer.
I started giving some serious thought to the mission, and I'm going to ignore all other modifications until I start driving it around some.
To be driveable, I need the side marker lights. The plastic back of the housings has crumbled, and some of the metal brackets have partly rusted away. I'm considering using some led clearance lights. I'm not happy with the way the leds show up in the lenses. I was thinking I could use some sort of diffuser over the lens. Does anyone have some ideas for me?
The power steering return line is the only mechanical necessity not hooked up yet, but I think I will just have to buy A new hose. I have 2 different style hoses now and neither one will work. I know one is from the six cyl setup, the other is A mystery hose. The parts store pictures look like the hard line part goes A long way toward the passenger side before the hose starts. Is that what I need? I've looked at pictures of power steering hose routing and I just can't see it.

Welcome from Portland, Or. Like Mike said, that is an impressive list of upgrades. Mine isnt running yet either, and I am chomping at the bit to get it going. I have a tub full of granada disc brake parts waiting, and I want to do that arning drop when all that goes on. And springs. And rust treat the inside of my fenders. And.....dang, you already know!
