Just wanted to say 'hi and post a pic of my all original 72 Maverick with only 15k miles. She belonged to my grandmother, my uncle and now she's mine.
Thanks for the info. I remember my grandmother driving it to the grocery store when I was a kid and then my dad opening her up on the highway. Looking to sell her and figured I'd have better luck here than Craigslist or Ebay.
Thanks....people here have been very friendly and helpful. I should have got more vocal when I inherited the care almost 3 yrs ago.
wow thats an incredibly nice car. I have always liked the sprints extra mile of little details especially the interior treatment they got I think more pics would help your sale and less mention of a warranty or as is just write as is on the bill of sale to cover yourself and stress how rust free the car is and how its registered also stress how well its been taken care of take a pic of it when its dry and make sure everything that can shine is shining bright also post it EVERYWHERE on CL every surrounding city within 4 or 5 hours of you that is a VERY reasonable price if you ask me that car should sell for more BUT its a i6 if it were a v8 car I doubt you would still have it. I dont know the value of classics in your area but in my area that would be priced closer to $10k in California also spend a little money to get a really good wash wax and detail done on it to bring it back to looking like new if you can who knows you might get attached to it good luck with the sale
Thanks for the praise☺....the car was here in Rumford Maine. Got her up on a lift and lots of rust...springs, brakes...pretty much everything. Looks a lot nicer on the outside. Just sold her today to someone looking at as a project, maybe with his son. Everyone on the forum has truly been fantastic and wish I could have kept her, but not realistic to live in FL without A.C. and no garage for storage. I think she's going to a good place and will be enjoyed.
