Yes. I have seen some great SEM interior paint jobs. The problem is that if you scratch it, the base color comes through. You are continuously touching it up. If you use the same color as the plastic base, no big deal.
Does anyone know if the graphics companies that make reproduction 72 Grabber stripes can do special order colors?? If not, I would be interested in having someone making me a stencil, so I can do it in metallic paint.
Green is in, paint the car green! There is a cool light green in 73, I was going to change my car to, but we stuck with the stock color. It would be a shame to replace that interior...loads of blue cars out there already.
I disagree with what everyone has said about keeping the green, it looks like crap. So I will do you a favor and take those door panels off your hands.
