I'll have some pics of my Grabber once I go and pick it up. It's at a friends yard.

I would post a pic of my project car I'm restoring now. But I don't know how to add the pictures to these messages.:hmmm:

:Welcome: I drive a '74 Grabber daily. Mine was originally white with green stripes. :) The more pics I see of big bumpered Grabbers, the more it gets me to thinking about putting mine back to original. Time will tell...

Thanks, my Dad drives truck and about a year ago I was looking for a small Ford project car. He came across it a couple of times, and one day we stopped by to see if it was for sale. We walked around it and checked it out, and noticed it had 1994 plates on it.

The owner said he bought a brand new 351C in 95' for it, and hasn't driven it since. He told us he had no luck getting it started after all of this time.

Long story short, we purchased it for $1,000.00, and all that was wrong with it was it had old gas sitting in it. So we cleaned out the tank, fuel pump, regulater, and carb. Put some good gas in it. Fired it up and smoked the tires down the street.:)

Now it's under restoration. The pic I posted is what it looked like when I brought it home.

Sorry to hear what happened to your Mom. But I'm glad to hear you saved such a nice car. Your Grabber has a real clean interior. Looks like all you need to do to restore it is to touch up the paint. What are you planning on doing to it?
