that looks like a small shut down area in the video. maybe you'll have to run 1/16 mile. that's okay you'll still beat most of us. :)

The final verdict on the tranny....converter wasn't hurt but was real loose for my setup...6800:eek: ...tightened it up to 5500...we still havn't figured out where all the metal in the tranny pan came from:banghead: ...we rebuilt it with oem gears instead of straight cut...couldn't afford the thousand dollar difference in the two right now...next year maybe if it holds up ok this season.
Gonna find out tonight if everything is ok now:huh:

    Yup...1.76 Dave...OEM's were $350.00 vs. $1000.00 for the straight cut...:16suspect

the car did okay considering the heat...chased it a little after the sun went down and went a 5.824 at 117.22...bowed out in the fourth on an -.001 redlight:cry:

as long as you realize that the oem wont live forever in your car. let me know when you're in the market for a straight cut. once in a while i can come up with a deal.

yeah, my son went -.002 second round last nite. wasnt thrilled.

yeh, my son ran there this weekend to see how it was. now that 75-80 closed, he needes a new track, & mason dixon is a 1 1/2 hr drive. he gets out of college early may; he was just home for a weekend. capitol is right near you isnt it. there was a nice mav running street with a 351. dialed 11.66. havent finished fixing mine, yet.
