A big thrill for me!

Thanks everyone for the compliments. Ive never had a car in a indoor show either. Thks Jimmy, and Derek, just show up with the other half and half pint. hehe. I will be there Fri, Sat, Sun. Have some show info for all the mav and comet people. Just let me know who u are and stick out ur hand for me to shake. I will give you a envelope with several fliers for shows. Thats all I'm allowed to do. No for sale or advertising stuff. This is all mav,comet related only. Waiting to see all of the guys and neet some of the new 1's. Ron

Yeah just the two of us. There was suppose to be one other guy with a Maverick Stallion but he could not get it ready in time as it's more of a 1/4 mile car and not road legal.

 

By the way i'm gonna have a 1/24 scale highway scene that will have a Maverick and a Comet in it with a 1986 Dodge cop car pulling the Maverick Stallion over. It should be good for a laugh to hear what people will say when they see it that is if there is room to put it in the display and yes i will post pictures one way or the other.

 

Well we made it to the Performance World Custom Car Show. The Daydreamer and myself got a nice spot in section two along the wall. Ron got there early and as usual i got there a little bit later . I took some pictures but have yet to get them on the computer. And as always Ron was on the ball and had the area all set up for me to get there without any fuss or hassle. This is so exciting to me to be at the show with the NMCC. I will get around to posting pictures soon but first i need to remove some of my older pictures on my old posts as i have almost run out of room to post new pictures.

 

Hey Rockoseiforte, sorry i missed you at the Performance World Custom Car Show as i was walking around with my kids looking at the cars. Maybe i'll catch you at the 4th NMCC meet and greet in Milton Ontario on May 3,2009. Hope to see you there.

O.K. now i know i said i would post some pictures of the NMCC at the Performance World Custom Car Show soon but i have been a bit busy working on my old van and have been putting off posting the pictures but i will post them later today or tomorrow.
