The new gear did not slow the car down, went to test&tune last night and it went a 6.94 off the trailer, then a 7.00, then a 6.97.....not bad for a 7.00 index car with a new gear!! If the weather holds, i'll be entering the 7.00 points race in Mooresville NC this weekend..........:bananaman
great to hear your times Steven... What would the times be if it was the 1/4 mile track... Don't have but 1 --1/8th mile track that is 5hrs drive away...looking forward to meeting with you again..
Well, with the old gear it went an 11.1 @ 120mph.(on motor) so I would say that in the 1/4 it would probably be in the high 10's with the new gear.

No bottle passes yet, I feel like my block is living on borrowed time!! However, I am a nitrous dealer now with a new pumping station and everything.......so, i'm sure it will get sprayed before the year is over......probably at the roundup!!
make sure you have fridge...microwave...and a couch in the garage....you will need them in 7-10 years LOL good luck with the marriage glad to hear its a good one
