    72 Grabber.jpg I'm new to this forum and hope to meet some vehicle owners in the area. My project car is in some dire need of help with parts but I'm on my way. Let me know if you're in the Kansas City Area...

    This is my 3rd Comet/Maverick and pretty familiar with the car but this vehicle I purchased was overstated by the previous owner but more to come on that later.

    In the meantime, I'll be looking for some parts (hopefully in the Kansas City Area) and I can acquire with a short road trip. I have most of the big parts but will need many of the little things required to put it all back together.

    I look forward to meeting new enthusiast, sharing knowledge and helping where I can.

    We're making the Hot Rod POWER TOUR with a 70 Maverick and a 74 Comet in June this year and it begins in KANSAS CITY @ the Airport and if you need some ' Small ' parts I may be able to help. Marker lights , taillights ... etc. etc. Lemmeno

    Welcome. I am a local owner, and as far as I am aware, you and I make 2. There is another guy and his son that recently acquired a Maverick an hour or two north of KC.
