    What converter are you using?

Long tube headers really wake these LS engines up

The mav is gone but i'm still here!

It'd choose the AJE over the MII any day :bouncy:
you can still fit any engine you want, and most of the MII kits are outdated.

But, removing the shock towers is a plus.

I've never got the whole issue with shock towers, I guess i'm used to it. I like having at least some of them in there. Instead of just blank innner fenders....

It makes the engine look smaller...but of course if your gonna go MII why not just big block it :D

Yea...I wonder how his 4.6 project is coming along?:drive::idea:

There are are also a few Mavericks/Comets with LS motors in them, and I`m sure more will follow.(Once again to each his own)

There are NO Mavericks /Comets with DOHC 03/04 Cobra Motors.
There are NO Mavericks/Comets with the new 5.0 in them.
(Yield:High ten second Mav with a STOCK motor in it.)

If (I know If,If,If. )I had the means to make it happen...And you never know what the future might bring.... That is what I`d build, and that would be truly different.(Original) :chirp: But that IS just My opinion.

LOL What! has either one of them ever been down the road ?

Get US a link to that.

I am fully aware of the 4.6 DOHC car that is in our Gallery here.
Are you aware that It isn`t a Supercharged 03/04 engine?

EDIT: Posted this while you were posting your Above response.

What year was cornedbeefs 4.6L? wasnt it a 03?...

And all I can say is to each his own, I wont knock the work because it is quality work. Just tired of the choice, its becoming overdone already.

Yes Franks does very good work I have one of his AOD crossmembers, and I know the quality work that is done...

I guess ultimately the LS1 engine in a maverick is liked or disliked primarily due to a matter of opinion, and ultimately in his car Franks opinion is the only one that matters...

Oh and by the way it still looks good frank :thumbs2:
