Anybody know how to fix this?

    Welcome, Mike and FoMoDave.

    No tools left under the hood. After getting everything out, my dad (gazillion years of experience with metals) and an across the street neighbor (union pipefitter and welder), both said that it looks like a bad casting from the start. I have no idea how old the water pump is; it was on the car when I bought it a couple of months ago.:slap:

    I have a rebuilt radiator, brand new water pump, new single groove pulleys, new belt, new hoses, and an electric fan going in Friday afternoon and Saturday.:clap: :bananaman :clap: :bananaman
