RM, and Utech. i know for a FACT that they have a high build primer that can be mixed as a sealer. We use both at our shop RM is DP26 it is a direct to metal primer that can be mixed as a sealer in 2 ways one normal mix ratio on it is 4:1:1 4P26 1:hardener eg. DH55 1: Reducer eg. VR29 This is the normal mix ratio when mixed as a high build primer If you make it 4:1:2 and double the reducer it becomes a sealer, or mix it 4:1:1 and use UR60 insted of VR29.
