You never answered with what kind of front suspension. If it is stock, all these problems exist, but if converted to MII or aftermarket, you shouldn't have some of these problems.
The 1962 through 1967 Chevy Novas had Front Sump Oil Pans, Shock Towers, Rear Steering, and Strut Rods. Below are pictures of my '65 Chevy nova for comparison. This should help your quest for headers. I would stay away from the fender well exit headers though, they're more of a pain than they're worth. -Scott H.
ok the front sup. is stock ect. that shock towers have been moved in 2 inches on each side.......i was thinking that the old novas might work ....great idea ..hey i got some parts also for sale or trade , i got a set tfs alum. heads ,both on for 5.0 non adj. rocker setup,202 valves 185 runner
