Curious how the combo looks together or if the scoop even fits between the two grabber hood ridges.

The Comet scoop is wide in the back and narrower in the front to follow the hood line of a typical Maverick or Comet hood. I believe the Grabber hood does not have that same taper towards the front.

I've seen a few cars with added scoops between the nostrils and it just isn't a clean look to me. Too much going on up there.
One or the other is more to my liking.

I agree to, part of the reason I wasn't a fan of the Grabber hood with cowl that Jimmy2gates did.

Yep. It's a well made piece, just not my style. It did at the very least make it look less like a Camaro hood!

I have had mixed comments about my Jimmy2gates hood, most people that dont have Mavericks like it, I like it because it lets the heat under the hood out and ability to have a higher intake, the vents are useless though because all the heat comes in the car. Cant please all the people all the time and I like different, still have stock hood so I can change it out if I ever get tired of it. My choice hood would be a carbon fiber hood though either cowl or Grabber style or flat with GT hood scoop. Boss 9 scoop does not look right to me on any car.

I have seen the GT scoop on a Grabber hood and it does fit the flow of the hood but not my cup of tea either

... to keep it simple to fit some extra plumbing under the low Maverick hood , Thunderbolt style teardrop scoop is traditional Ford and functional option to relieve engine heat especially useful after shutdown.

(actually a Comet GT hood ,OEM GT scoop still didn't provide enough clearance)

Where do you get a cowl grabber hood like on the right. I can't find them and I love how they look

You have to hope someone decides to part with one, they were very limited in numbers.
